Keep Thursday 4 June 2009 free in your diary. This is the day when we're planning the next BT Wholesale Customer Experience event in Central London. It's your chance to get an update on our progress to date as we work to improve the quality of the experience we give to you and ultimately to your end-customers.
We'll also be taking the opportunity to look ahead by sharing our Customer Experience strategy and plans for 2009-10. At the heart of these are some new projects that we kicked off as a result of the feedback you gave us at our December 2008 event. You told us that you wanted us to focus on improving communications; on billing; on our Concept-to-Market (C2M) process; and on creating a BT Wholesale Online Issues Log to capture all customer service issues. So you can be sure that all of these will be key items for discussion at the workshops in June.
