A monumental London landmark created the ideal forum last month for customers with big ambitions.
The internationally acclaimed Tate Modern on London's South Bank was the venue for our first-ever 'Welcome to BT Wholesale' event, as well as the starting point for an evening's cruise on the Thames.
It was an ideal opportunity for new customers to meet BT Wholesale and find out how we can help them gain the most from our portfolio, our on-going support, our market insight and marketing know-how. Product specialists and senior managers were on hand to talk about the new opportunities from the 21st Century Network (21CN) portfolio, answer questions and discuss customers' current needs and future business development plans. While informal 'round table' discussions put the spotlight on a range of solutions we can offer to help our customers to generate fresh revenues:
And the feedback from our Tate Modern guests has been so positive that we are already planning more 'Welcome to BT Wholesale' events for this year. Eighty seven per cent of the people who attended rated the concept and the face-to-face approach as "the most effective way to communicate with us".
