What's New
Do you keep seeing references to BT Wholesale's Customer Experience (CE) improvement projects? Want a quick summary of what they are? Your new 21C Customer Experience Projects Dashboard is the place to go.
Recently launched online, it gives you an at-a-glance update on around 40 projects that are already live or that we're currently working on. It's all part of our commitment to improve the experience you get with us every time you deal with us - and indeed that commitment goes right through to getting it right for your customers too.
To make it easier to locate what matters to you most, the Dashboard groups together the Customer Experience projects by type - for example, Broadband (provision and repair), Billing, Private Circuits (provision and repair), Relationship Management and Products. We hope you'll agree that this is a faster and simpler way to get the information you need. It will also be updated more frequently in 'real time' than the Customer Experience reports we issued last year. There's a feedback link on the Dashboard so be sure to let us know what you think.
