Website changes speed up 21CN and Consult21 searches

Keeping tabs on what's happening on the 21^st Century Network (21CN) and at Consult21 events is now faster and easier, thanks to recent improvements to the Consult21 pages on the btwholesale.com site.

Go to www.btwholesale.com/consult21 to find one page of clear visual sign-posts to all your essential information. These include descriptions of what individual working groups do and how to join them, a Meeting Planner of important diary dates and a comprehensive library of briefings and consultation documents. We've now colour-coded these to make it easier to locate what you want. Also look out for the documents highlighted in red. This is your alert to take the opportunity to get involved by giving your feedback.

New visitors to the Consult21 site also get a special helping hand. There's now a useful guide to how to get the most from the site and the programme. Simply choose the New Users link in the centre of the landing page.

These online changes are just one aspect of how we're acting on your input to improve the Consult21 programme. Parallel initiatives include a reduction in the number of Consult21 working groups to just five. The aim is to help participants save time and to avoid the possible duplication of discussions on similar topics.

There's one new group among the five: the Portfolio working group. Launched on 6 November 2008, this provides for the first time a single forum for discussions across BT Wholesale's key 21CN products, and BT Wholesale/Openreach product migrations from 20CN.
