Hello you are now in The Loop / December 2009
What's New
Customers of products from BT Wholesale's 21C portfolio will soon be able to get essential management information about them on demand 24/7.
It comes with the planned launch on 9 December 2009 of a new online tool called Wholesale Customer Reporting - or WCR. This is based on the thinking behind NetView Plus that was introduced in 2007 for customers of our 20C broadband and private circuit (PC) services. Since then NetView Plus has been giving customers fast and easy access to valuable operational information on their accounts and products, including the same key performance indicators that BT Wholesale people have on screen when answering customer enquiries.
New WCR will continue that strong commitment to transparency and keeping customers informed - as BT Wholesale's Paul Mason explains: "We've used the learning and customer feedback we gained on NetView Plus to create WCR and expanded it to cover our next generation products - such as Wholesale Broadband Connect and Wholesale Ethernet - as well as PC's and all our 20C broadband products. Customers who have used NetView Plus before can be confident that WCR duplicates all the functionality they're familiar with - and as an important extra, WCR can also deliver daily management information stats, as well as weekly and monthly ones."
To find out about the insight you can gain with WCR, please contact your account management team - or listen to the webcall we held on 25 November 2009. You can replay it here.
Or join us live on one of two webcalls that we're planning for WCR's 9 December 2009 launch-date. Pre-register here if you'd like to take part at 10.00am. Or join our 2.00pm webcall by signing up here.
