Hello you are now in The Loop / February 2010
You said we did
Want to keep tabs on how well your 20C broadband services are performing? Or track the status of your orders? Now you can do both without moving from your MyPage.
Launched just over a year ago MyPage is a web portal that gives you fast, direct access to everything relating to the BT Wholesale products and services you buy or use most. You can have it all on one easy-to-navigate page and simply customise it to suit your own needs and the job you do with the help of a store of MyPage gadgets.
We’ve been developing and adding to its features and options since the start by inviting MyPage users to tell us what they want – and often getting them to try out new ideas for us before we launch them. And the two new broadband performance and broadband provisioning gadgets are the latest examples of this.
So what can they help you do? btwholesale.com Technology Manager Adam Ellis explains: “Say you wanted to check how many broadband faults needed action at your end? Or how long a specific fault lasted? You can now have all the details there for you on your MyPage. And it’s also the place to see which circuits might be affected by a Major Service Outage (MSO) and when Planned Engineering Works (PEWs) are coming up. And if you work in provisioning, you can get up-to-date status reports on your orders and check the number of orders submitted, completed and cancelled, all on your MyPage.”
We’ve launched the new gadgets to coincide with another self-service management information initiative: the launch of Wholesale Customer Reporting (WCR). As The Loop reported in December 2009, this online tool offers you on-demand performance information about your 20C and 21C broadband services, Wholesale Ethernet and Private Circuits whenever you need it, 24/7.
Check out the new gadgets by logging into MyPage here. You’ll find them in the gadget store.
