Customers win luxury trip – plus extra sales

Eight customers will be jetting off to Dubrovnik on 11 June 2009 for a three-night stay in an award-winning hotel on the dramatic Dalmatian coast.

Their prize is the culmination of an incentive programme - known as 'Show Me The Minutes' - that BT Wholesale ran from 1 July 2008 until 31 March 2009, based on the level of call spend they achieved.

Participation was open exclusively to companies that had recently signed up as new or re-signed to Wholesale Calls Volume Discount Package Scheme and also - for the first time - IP Exchange customers.

This was the competition's second year. It proved so popular in 2007-08 that we were pleased to run it again, as well as opening it up to IP Exchange customers too. And the fact that 70 customers entered is clear evidence not only of the special appeal of winning a luxury holiday but also of the good business sense of taking part.

BT Wholesale's programme owner Samina Khan comments: "I am delighted that so many of our customers took part and the results show that those who opted in to 'Show Me The Minutes' in 2008-09 have generated significantly more revenue than those who didn't. So everyone has gained, not just those who took the lead to win the prize."
