Easy look, easy find for Billing Briefings

There's a new delivery system for your Billing Briefings to make them easier to use and refer to.

Launched in May 2009 in response to valuable feedback from customers, from now on you will get a personalised email alert whenever we have important news or updates for you relating to the billing for the product or products you buy from BT Wholesale.

Each email contains a short summary of what the new Briefing's about. If you want to know more, you simply follow the link to our new Billing Briefing Portal. This is an online library where you can view and read your Briefings in full online or download them for your files.

The new Portal means that your Billing Briefings are stored all in one place in chronological order for quick reference when you need them. We have also added a comprehensive search facility that's exclusive to the library's contents. This makes it simple to track down any item or topic you're particularly interested in.
