Interconnect customer? Next time you have questions about your conveyance bills, our new-look SIMPLE online tool may have just the answer you need.
That’s because we’ve recently added a Frequently Asked Questions page to SIMPLE as part of a project to give the site a fresh look. And we invite you to send us your questions to help us build up this new resource for the benefit of all our customers. We’d also like to hear your views on the site and which areas you would like more information on.
SIMPLE is designed to guide you through bills for interconnect telephony services – which are often large and complex – and so make their management and reconciliation easier. It now also includes cross-checks to the Carrier Price List to help cut admin time.
