21CN service availability portal helps customers plan with confidence

Want a window on the future so you can plan your 21CN business development, portfolio expansion and sales and marketing well in advance?

There's a fast and easy way to track where the 21^st Century Network is becoming available at a special service availability portal that's open to any customer who's registered with the btwholesale.com Customer Zone.

The portal launched in May 2008 in response to feedback from customers at Consult21 Working Groups. The content includes the dates when 21CN services - such as Wholesale Broadband Connect (WBC) and BT Wholesale Ethernet - are due to become available between now and March 2009 at a growing number of exchanges and nodes throughout the UK. The portal is also your source for news of the 'retirement dates' for existing services in the BT Wholesale portfolio.

We add updates at the portal each month so you can be sure of having the latest data at your fingertips. And as the 21CN network grows, we plan to include 12-month and 24-month schedules for service roll-outs as well as the current 6-month schedules.
