Moving towards 21CN
Improving its 21CN focus and making better use of everyone's time is the objective of the restructure of Consult21 that goes live this month. There'll be fewer working groups and less duplication of discussions.

For the first time it will provide a single forum for discussions across BT Wholesale's key 21CN products, and BT Wholesale/Openreach product migrations from 20CN.
The BT Co-Chair of the new group is Nigel Scott, BT Wholesale's General Manager - 21CN Industry Consultation; and he looks forward to being joined by his industry counterparts at the group's inaugural meeting on Thursday 6 November 2008.

Speaking on behalf of BT Wholesale's Consult21 team, Helen Nurse says: "We appreciate that time is short for everyone. The new working group structure is the latest development in the long evolutionary history of Consult21, the consultation programme that since 2004 has been providing Communications Providers with regular 21CN updates plus the opportunity to influence plans by sharing their views and contributing ideas.
