Hello you are now in The Loop / September 2008
Improving our service
Customers are now finding the Capacity Management Reports for their Virtual Interconnect Circuits (VIC) easier to understand and work with.
It follows recent enhancements to the column headings on both the Capacity Reports and the Billing Reports. These now show clearly what circuits are involved and the number of minutes used on each one. There’s further simplification in the accounting period description. This now shows the calendar month instead, so helping to speed up the process of checking and reconciliation.
And customers for BT Wholesale’s new 21CN Ethernet solution – BT Wholesale Ethernet – will also be seeing an improvement in the labelling of their bills. From now on, if you’re using Etherway, Etherflow-Connected or Etherflow-DWDM services, your bills will be clearly marked as ‘BT Wholesale Ethernet’ rather than as ‘Harmonised Ethernet’, again helping to streamline billing reconciliation.
